Here’s everything you need to know in a simple, easy-to-understand format.

Your warranty starts the day you buy the product. The UniCare+ sticker on your product will show the month and year it was purchased. It covers repair or replacement of defective products as per the brand’s warranty, starting from the purchase date. Make sure to keep your proof of purchase!

30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your product has a defect within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange it for a replacement! Just make sure:

  • The product is in good physical condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
  • The issue is verified by our UniPC Technical Support

Please note that returns without confirmed defects or for reasons like change of mind aren’t allowed.
We don’t offer cash refunds, but we’ll make sure you get a replacement or store credit.

Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

Some things are out of our control. Here’s what we can’t cover under warranty:

Physical Damage
like drops, spills, or scratches

Unauthorized Repairs
only official repairs count

Misuse or Abuse
like dropping it in water

Normal Wear and Tear
things like battery wear or regular use

Software Issues
we can’t cover software bugs

Damage from Environmental Factors
extreme temperatures, moisture, etc

Third-Party Products
accessories or items not approved by the manufacturer

How to Claim Your Warranty?

It’s super simple! Just bring your product, proof of purchase, and the issue description to any UniPC branch. Our customer care team will help you out!

If the product is out of stock, we offer upgrades! You just pay the price difference, and we’ll make sure the warranty on your replacement product is the same as your original purchase.

Remember to pick up your repaired items within 60 days – we charge a ₱50 per day storage fee after that. If it’s not claimed after 90 days, it will be forfeited.

  • Eligible Returns: Products that can’t be repaired or replaced can be exchanged.
  • Exchange Process: Exchange for an item of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Things like batteries, ink cartridges, and opened digital goods are not eligible for return.

    Repairs take 30-45 business days, but if you’re in a rush, we recommend visiting the brand’s service center directly for faster service.

     

  • Do you cover software issues?
    We don’t – for software issues, you’ll need to contact the software’s support team.

     

  • Can I get a refund for a defective product?
    We don’t offer cash refunds, but we’ll help with repairs, replacements, or store credit.
