This agreement applies to your purchases of Product(s) from this website. The parties to this agreement are (1) the person who makes the purchase, referred to throughout the Agreement as “you” or “your” and (2) our company, UNIPC, whose registered address is 121 Forab Building Kamuning Road, Quezon City. UNIPC is referred to in this agreement as the “Company”, “we” and “us”.

In order to use the Website, you must first agree to these terms. You must not use the Website and may not accept these terms if you are not of legal age.

By using the Website (even if you don’t buy) you also agree to be bound by the website terms of use. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the website terms of use, this Agreement will prevail.

By placing an order through our Website, you confirm that:

5. You will notify us immediately if your account’s security has been compromised or if there is any unauthorized use. 

USER ACCOUNTS

As stated above, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. UniCorp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

We strive to provide accurate information about our products and services. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, prices, or other content are error-free or up to date, and may be corrected without any liability on our part. Prices, availability, and specifications of products may change without notice. 

Additionally, images of products on the website serve as general guides. All weights and dimensions given are approximate. 

ORDER PROCESS 

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. When you place an order, we will confirm it by email, text message, or even call. The order becomes legally binding when we send you an email, text, or call confirming the dispatch of the product(s). If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can. 

Before clicking the “Place Order” button, you should check that your order summary is correct. You should print or retain your email confirmation in case you need to contact us about your order.

PAYMENT 

Unless otherwise specified, all prices shown on the Website include VAT and applicable Philippine taxes. The prices shown on the website do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total price. 

Orders must be paid immediately through your preferred payment method (Check here the details for PAYMENT METHODS). If we cannot accept the order for any reason, we will process a refund within the seven days period.

DELIVERY 

We will endeavor to deliver the Product(s) as soon as possible after confirmation of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the Product(s). We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.

Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering.  If you are ordering goods for delivery outside Metro Manila, please check the available shipping mode and corresponding fees, as you will have to pay this yourself.  We do not know and cannot control what charges you may have to pay once the Product(s) reach your destination.

As soon as the Product(s) are delivered to you, you become the owner of those Product(s) and the risk will pass to you. This means that you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the Product(s).

Please note that we are unable to influence the delivery of any parcel once they have left our store. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details prior to confirming your order. If we are unable to deliver due to wrong information being input at the order stage you will still be charged for all original and additional redelivery costs.

WARRANTY 

Our products are covered under the terms of our Warranty Policy. Please consult this policy to understand what is covered, the duration of the warranty, and any exclusions that apply.

TERMS AND TERMINATION 

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. UNIPC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

This Agreement will be automatically terminated without prior notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.

Termination of this Agreement will not affect UNIPC’s rights or remedies, at law or in equity, for any breach of your obligations under this Agreement during its term.

CONFIDENTIALITY 

The customer and the company are by virtue of this agreement are not allowed to share information about our agreement, the conditions, and prices with third parties.

Should any provision of the purchase agreement or these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, either in part or in full, the effectiveness of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby.

OTHER 

These conditions and all legal relationships between you and us, also valid for agreements, are to be conducted under the law and regulations of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled under the Philippine law in court of law or arbitration board.
