RETURNS 

At UNIPC, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Every item is thoroughly inspected to ensure your satisfaction. As such, returns are only accepted for products proven to be defective.

To verify a defective product claim, you must provide the following:

1. Proof of purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required.
2. Condition of the item – The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
3. Details of the issue – A clear explanation of the problem with the product. 

We also take great care in packaging the products and ensure that the packaging is secure enough to prevent damage during transit. Please note that UNIPC is not liable for any damage caused to items during transit or transportation. Additionally, certain items are non-returnable, including: 

1. Downloadable software or digital goods. 
2. Items that are marked as SALE. 
3. Items returned due to change of mind. 

Take note also that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you if the item is found to be defective. If the claim is validated, we will replace the item with a new stock.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order without requesting a replacement, please be advised that all items are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are only able to offer an exchange for a new item. However, should you still wish to proceed with a cancellation, we can provide Store Credits. This means that the total amount paid will be converted into Store Credits, which may be used for future purchases.
